CORPORATE TENDER OFFERS

Location: East and West Coast of the U.S.

Non-U.S. Locations: South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia.

DOCUMENT FEES: USD $500 + 4% Taxes (Non-Refundable)

Aircraft / Engine Dismantling and Recycling

Secured with fence and CCTV hangar space for storage of aircraft and components, storage and maintenance of aircraft engine and stands, landing gears and other components. Secured area for open air aircraft fleet parking and storage. Safety area for aircraft dismantling, teardown and part out services. Other requirements will me specified and discussed.

Location shall be with direct access to tarmac and airport cargo terminal, and within close distance without any bridges on the road.

Should include administrative area (office), restrooms, hangar, outside parking, loading zone.

Should meet local, State, Federal rules and regulations, fire safety standards.

Type of Aircraft: Business Jet and Commercial Aircraft:

Business Jet: Cessna, Beechcraft, Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Hawker, Learjet.

Commercial Aircraft: Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer.

Registration of Suppliers and Contractors

INSTRUCTIONS:

Deposit the Tender Fee with direct Bank Wire Transfer (For Local Suppliers and Service Providers). Provide the details about your offer to provided emails to complete bidder activation process.
Active bidders can see "Tender Offer Description" through email.
Bidders shall submit the completed Offer in the following format not later than 02:00 PM EST on 02-MARCH-2026.
- Softcopy through email.
- One hardcopy and softcopy in CD/USB in line by the address provided to you in email.
Offers shall be addressed to "Sales Department. Contracts and Tenders". Late submission will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions:

The bidders shall submit their bids following the terms and conditions provided here.

In case if the same is found to be tampered/modified in any manner, tender will be completely rejected and bidder is liable to be banned.

Interested bidders are advised to visit current page with bidders list regularly till closing date of submission of tender for any corrigendum/addendum/amendment.

Tender Acceptance Letter in formal style must also be submitted.

Note:

1. Preferences will be accorded to those Service Providers, who have sufficient experience in providing service.

2. The period of contract shall initially be:

for one year from the date of agreement/date of start of service and extendable furthers another year if both the parties agree;
for period of project shall be completed; due date will be provided by requestor/client.

3. If any information furnished by the bidder is found to be incorrect even at a later stage, the agency shall be liable to be debarred from the tendering process and black listed for the future.
