We decided to begin assist with repatriation and cargo flights ourselves and it involves a lot of work. It is not easy to arrange special commercial rescue flights for travelers who stranded overseas and want to fly home. Since we were already involved in similar process before COVID-19 caused so many problems for air carriers, passengers and governments, as an aircraft lease company, it was very logical to become a part of it. We used our contacts in long list of countries to add available fleet and find best solutions at this time. Airlines grounded most part of their fleet but it was still important to return passengers home and begin deliver medical equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE) and other necessary items from China. Previously we were receiving requests for aircraft lease as well. Now our current and new clients are sending orders to find available aircraft for special repatriation flights and cargo flights.

Special Cargo Flights

We helped with arranging several special cargo only flights from China in order to deliver medical personal protective equipment supplies from China to Europe, CIS, North and South America.

 
 
 

This was definitely an innovative approach in each case. Because of high demand for aircraft for humanitarian, repatriation and cargo flights AIC JETS Corporation will continue to work on each order from government agencies, air carriers, operators and other companies to find the best solution for any order we will receive.
