Entity Types Available:
Domestic Entity:
Corporation – profit, nonprofit, or professional.
We need from you:
- Name of the corporation
- Name and address of the person filing for the corporation
- A valid email address
- Mailing address of the principal office
- Name and address of the Registered Agent (must be physical street address where an individual can be located in-person for the company)
- Name and address of each incorporator
- Number of authorized shares
- Any optional provisions you need to add to your articles of incorporation
- A valid major credit card including 3-digit security code from the signature on back and the expiration date (accepted – MC, Visa, AmEx and Discover Cards)
For filing and creating a new domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC) we need:
- Name of the LLC
- Name and address of the person filing for the LLC
- A valid email address
- Mailing address of the principal office
- Name and address of the Registered Agent (must be physical street address where an individual can be located in-person for the company)
- Name and address of each organizer
- Any optional provisions you need to add to your articles of organization
- A valid major credit card including 3-digit security code from the signature on back and the expiration date (accepted – MC, Visa, AmEx and Discover Cards)
Foreign Entity:
- Application for Certificate of Authority (Foreign Entities)
- Foreign entities may apply for a certificate of authority to transact business in this state by delivering the appropriate application to the Corporations Division of the Secretary of State’s Office.
To proceed with your company registration service we require from you the following information and documentation:
Company Name:
In case you wish reserve name for your company in advance, please provide with 3 (three) names you wish to use for it and we will check the availability.
Company Activity:
Brief resume and description of the company activity including information regarding main business activity, expected turnover and movement on the bank account, etc.
Personal Information:
Copies of passports of all beneficial owners/shareholders, directors and bank account signatories.
Utility Bill:
Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, cable/satellite TV, phone service) confirming the current address of all beneficial owners/shareholders, directors and bank account signatories for period of less than 3 months).
Personal Bank Reference Letter:
An official financial reference letter from your bank. This letter should be on the financial institution’s letterhead, include the signature of an official, and the contact information (address, phone number, fax, email etc.).
If Bank Account setup is requested:
- Name of the bank with which you wish to open an account (you can provide several bank of your choice)
- Type of accounts (saving account is required at aby time)
- Type of Credit Card you wish to open (optional)
- Names of the signatories to the account and the exact way in which they will sign (jointly or solely)

Time frame:
Standard procedure of registration of new company takes 7 – 14 business days to be prepared and delivered but depends of the jurisdiction if you wish to choose another State.
Opening bank account takes up to three weeks to complete all process (newly issued debit and/or credit cards with your name on them delivery time depends of bank rules), and to become fully operational once all the required information and documentation is in process.
