COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT AND BUSINESS JET BROKER

We are (AIC JETS Corporation) currently looking for self-motivated individuals to work independently from home or any location contacting aircraft owners about our services which include: Aircraft Sales, Financing and Fractional Sales. Aviation and / or Real Estate background experience preferred.

All candidates must have computer and internet access, potential client information will be provided. Interested parties forward your resume in confidence.

Pay range: Excellent Commission 10% - 15% depends of sold aircraft or contract, which is range $3,000 - $50,000 and higher, depends on the aircraft sales price. Potential flight benefits are on the list as well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide new and existing clients with the highest level of customer service.
• Deliver personable customer service with fast, competitive and accurate quotes.
• Provide solutions for clients based on their specific requirements and budget.
• Efficient and accurate preparation of contracts and invoices.
• Work independently and with the management team converting leads/inquiries.
• Communicate with operators regarding aircraft and fleet listing changes, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Aviation, real estate sales experience.
• Minimum 3 year of successful sales experience.
• Customer focused and service orientated.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
• Decision makers.
• Well organized.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Reliable, accurate and on-time.
• Good working knowledge of PC applications and Microsoft Office.
• If you speak second or third language – French, German and Italian – you are first on our list.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and other languages are a plus.

Required experience:

• Aviation or Real Estate sales: 3 years.

Become a Certified Aircraft Broker through our Aircraft Broker Training and Certification Program

Should you wish to be a fully trained Certified Aircraft Broker with our company, there is an application fee of US $600, for training and certification, commission will be wired to bank account upon closing the aircraft sale.

All necessary information will be provided upon clearing the transaction.

Upon approval as an Area Aircraft Broker you will be invited to attend training. During the training period:

• You will be trained on techniques for listing and selling all types of aircraft, completing contracts and forms for listing, selling, leaseback, and obtaining financial assistance. Complete training manual will be provided.
• You will learn to use special program, contact management along with your database that includes names and addresses of at least 500 registered owners of airplanes, helicopters and other types of aircraft.
• We will review the aircraft inventory from which you may begin selling.
• You will learn how to set up Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) as your sales agents and how to recruit sales agents.
• You will learn to sell ad space in the AIC JETS Corp. Brokers newsletter.
• You will learn how to use telemarketing techniques inform aircraft owners of all our services.
• You will learn about aircraft appraisal and how to make photo and video of the aircraft.
• You will learn about accepting and making an offer.
• How, when and where arrange the pre-purchase inspection of the aircraft.
