We believe that our vendors are an extension of our operations and services around the world. Consequently, we consider our vendors as partners in our success and we make sure that all AIC JETS Corp. vendors are professionally trained and selected.
In our relationship with each vendor, we continuously monitor and evaluate their service, delivery and compliance with the agreed-upon service levels and will be provided to our customers as promised services. We always share the feedback we receive from our clients regarding their services to make sure all remarks are taken into careful consideration.
Conditions for membership of AIC JETS Corp. world vendor network
Service providers who meet the following conditions are eligible to join the AIC JETS Corp. global network:
- License: Legally licensed by the civil aviation authority or the airport authority in the country in which they operate. This condition applies to fuel suppliers, handling agents, airside and airport terminal operations, and supervisory flight support providers. Other providers must be licensed by the relevant regulatory authority regulating the service they are providing and applies to all service providers offering or providing services.
- Ramp Access: Supervisory flight support providers must have legal access to the airport ramp and to the restricted airside area of the airport so they can meet and assist the passengers and crew members and supervise the ground services delivered to the aircraft.
- Customer Service: A 24/7 responsive and customer-oriented call center must be available to receive AIC JETS Corp. requests and answer AIC JETS Corp. clients’ queries.
- Language: Fluent English-speaking supervisors, service providers and call centers.
- Staff: Certified and trained staff.
- Vendor Service Program Agreement (VSPA): AIC JETS Corp. vendors must sign AIC JETS Corp. VSPA, which ensures that every aspect of the service delivery process by the vendor fulfills AIC JETS Corp. promise to our current and future clients.
- Letters of Recommendation: Submission of two letters of appreciation from previous satisfied clients for all new vendors is mandatory.
- Pricing Policy: Transparency in pricing is essential. All vendors must submit their charges list to AIC JETS Corp. in advance. The list must be provided as a basis for verification of future invoices and the ability to plan and quote our clients’ flights.
- Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policy: Comprehension and signature of AIC JETS Corp. Vendor Business Conduct Policy, which ensures that our vendors comply with the international anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations.
- Insurance: Holding Current Aviation Liability Insurance is required.
- ISO: Achieving ISO Quality Control and Assurance Certificate is required.
