RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, AIC JETS Corporation (AIC JETS) has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our phone number, just give us 3 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.

Our cancellation policies vary, depending on the type of reservation you've made:

• You will incur a $35 processing fee if you choose to cancel a prepaid reservation before the rental, and a $100 fee after the rental pick-up time has passed.
• You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up time, a $75 U.S. fee will be assessed.

As we fully understand weather conditions are not on your or our shoulders, we always track flight departures/arrivals and/or delays. So if it happened to you, please stay calm end try to enjoy your flight – we will wait for you and will be right on time.

NO SHOWS/NO CALLS ORDERS

Any reservation canceled within a three (3) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate, and any accumulated expenses. Any reservation for our car or mini-bus that is cancelled within a one week (7 days) of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge of the offered rate for the required minimum hours that was agreed upon at the time of booking less the deposit. By booking a car you agree to this cancellation policy. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.

DEPOSITS
The following services require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking: Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, Weddings, or Special Events in our cars or mini-buses. Five and Ten- Passenger mini-buses require a $100 deposit and our Twelve mini-buses requires a $200 deposit. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions that result in the inability to traverse the roads.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS
We constantly monitor the flight status information (Departure/Arrival) that you provide to us. Please call our office as soon as possible if there is a change in your flight information. We will meet you upon arrival, just look for our employee holding an “AIC JETS” sign with your last name.

WAITING TIME CHARGES
Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 60 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first 90 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the actual landing time.

Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.

Our service is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied, please call us. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

DAMAGE
Customers will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle including a $100 carpet cleaning fee in some extreme cases.
