Aircraft Trust is the type of relationship where the Trustee owns an aircraft on behalf of Trustor or Trust Beneficiary and acts for the Beneficiary, aircraft is registered in the name of the Trustee. The Beneficiary owns the beneficial interest in the trust and the Owner Trustee holds legal title to the aircraft on behalf of the Beneficiary. The Trustee cannot sell the aircraft without the Beneficiary’s direction.
